All watches come with a 2-year warranty. The warranty does not cover: The glass, the band, the crown and any battery. If your watch is defective within the warranty period, send it to us. Report your repair here.

We do not repair ourselves. We send the watches to the service center of the brand in question. A repair usually takes between 3 - 6 weeks. Depending on the brand, the busyness at the service center and the defect.
