Customer Service Shipping

We ship daily on business days from Monday to Friday. If you placed your order before 16 o’clock and the product is in stock, it will be shipped on the same day.

Where is my order?

We send almost everything by parcel post with DPD and PostNL. As soon as your order is processed and ready for shipment, you will receive an email containing the track & trace information so you can follow your package. In case you don’t receive the package within a few days, contact us so we can check whether we can determine what the cause might be.

What are the shipping costs?

Costs are determined by the size and weight of the product. The exact shipping cost will be indicated on the product page.
